Membership Information
Billing
There is no fee to join the Vanderbilt Club. Membership is for a minimum of one year (4 shipments). Your credit card will be charged when you register for the cost of the first shipment, then you will be charged each quarter at the time of shipment for the cost of the wines, tax (where applicable), and any shipping costs. Club memberships do not have a termination date and are considered active until we receive notice of cancellation. Shipping Schedule
You will receive four shipments each year that include three wines each to compliment the season: March, June, September, and December.
Shipping Statement
State laws require an adult signature for delivery; therefore, we strongly recommend use of a business address for your deliveries. If you choose to ship to your home, you are assuring that an adult 21 years or older will be able to sign for deliveries. To avoid re-shipment charges, it is your responsibility to inform the Wine Club via e-mail, phone, or letter at least seven days before the shipment if someone will not be available to receive a particular shipment.
