Shipping Method & Delivery
We ship items via UPS Ground for merchandise and wine. UPS requires a street address (not a
P.O. box) to deliver your package. Wine orders should be sent to an address where an adult
may sign for the package.
In order to preserve the quality of your wine during periods of extreme temperatures, we may delay
shipping until conditions improve. Please call 877-245-0648 for shipping schedules to your area.
Please note that merchandise and wine will be shipped separately due to different packaging needs.
Q: When will I receive my order?
A: We ship your order as soon as possible. You should receive your order within 7-10 business days from the date of purchase.

Q: To which states can you ship wine?
Wine may be shipped through our online store to select states. The map above has the states we can ship to shaded in Green. Please note - we will continue to add states when legally able. Check back frequently to see if we have added your state. Please call 877-245-0648 for more information or if you have any questions.
Depending on the state, there are also certain shipping rules we have to follow. Most states limit the volume we can ship to individuals. In addition, areas within some states prohibit the shipment of wine. The following list shows the limitations for each state, and the areas within those states we may not be able to ship to.
California: no limit
Colorado: no limit
Florida: no limit excluding the following counties (zip codes): Lafayette (32013, 32066),
Liberty (32321, 32334, 32335, 32360), Madison (32331, 32059, 32340, 32341,
32350), Suwanee (32008, 32062, 32094, 32060, 32064, 32071, Washington
(32427, 32437, 32463, 32428, 62462) We are unable to ship any wine to these
areas.
Georgia: 12 cases per household per calendar year
Idaho: 2 cases per person per calendar month
Illinois: 12 cases per person per calendar year
Louisiana: 4 cases per person per calendar year

Missouri: 2 cases per person per calendar month
Minnesota: 2 cases per person per calendar month
Nebraska: 1 case per person per calendar month

New York: 2 cases per person per calendar month and excludes the following towns (zip

A: To send your order to a different state than the state in which you live, you must place your order with us via the telephone at 877-245-0648.
Q: How can I provide verification of my age?
A: By submitting an order, you are verifying you are 21 years of age or older and are legally able to order wine.
Q: Are there volume discounts for wine purchased online?
